1. Who we are
This policy explains how Aday Interactive, Inc. ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use Aday Interactive Learn at learn.adayinteractive.com (the "academy"). By creating an account you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash, never as plain text.
- Optional business details: your firm name, firm type, and website, if you provide them when you sign up.
- Your consent: the date and time you agreed to receive emails from us.
Information created as you learn
- Which courses you open, which lessons you complete, and your progress.
- Your knowledge check answers and scores.
Questions you ask the AI guide
When you use the in-lesson AI guide, the text of your question, the recent messages in that conversation, and the course title and description are sent to Google (Gemini) to generate a reply. We do not send your name, email address, or account ID with these requests, and we do not store your chat messages on our servers. Please do not include personal or confidential details in your questions.
Technical information
Like most websites, our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time). We use one session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against forgery, and one cookie to remember your cookie choice. With your permission, we also use analytics cookies: Google Analytics, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity session recordings with form fields masked, and our marketing automation provider's visit tracking. They load only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time through Cookie preferences in the footer. We do not use advertising cookies or ad pixels. Our Cookies Policy lists each cookie. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
3. How we use your information
- To run the academy: create your account, show your progress, and score knowledge checks.
- To send you emails about the academy and related services, if you agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To understand which courses are useful and improve them.
- To keep the academy secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the academy, and only for that purpose:
- LeanPivot Solutions, LLC provides the learning platform software we use, as our service provider.
- Hostinger hosts the academy and its database.
- Marketing automation: when you sign up, we send our marketing automation provider your name, email, and any business details you gave, plus notes about the courses you complete, so we can follow up with you.
- Google (Gemini) generates AI guide replies, as described above.
- Analytics providers (Google Analytics, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity session recordings with form fields masked, and our marketing automation provider's visit tracking) receive usage data about your visit, only if you accept analytics cookies.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and learning records while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal information from the academy within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your email consent at any time. Email brandon@adayinteractive.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, form protection, and rate limits. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.
8. Children
The academy is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above and tell registered users by email.
