Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply to Aday Interactive Learn at learn.adayinteractive.com (the "academy"), operated by Aday Interactive, Inc. ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the academy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the academy.

2. About the academy

The academy offers free online courses, lessons, and knowledge checks. It is free to join and use, and it does not take payments. The learning platform software is provided by LeanPivot Solutions, LLC under a white-label arrangement; Aday Interactive, Inc. is responsible for the courses and for your relationship with the academy.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • The information you give us must be accurate.
  • Keep one account per person, and keep your password private.
  • Tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. Course content

Courses are for education and general information only. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and results vary. We do not promise any specific learning, search, or business result.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the academy for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
  • Copy, resell, or publicly post course content without our written permission.
  • Share your account, or try to access accounts or areas that are not yours.
  • Scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the academy or its security.

6. Ownership

The courses, lessons, design, and branding belong to Aday Interactive, Inc. or its licensors. While your account is open, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own learning. The underlying platform software belongs to LeanPivot Solutions, LLC and is licensed to us.

7. AI guide

The academy includes an AI guide powered by Google Gemini. AI replies can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date, and they are not professional advice. Your questions are sent to Google to generate replies, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not include personal or confidential information in your questions.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

9. Disclaimers

THE ACADEMY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THE ACADEMY WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, ADAY INTERACTIVE, INC. IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE ACADEMY. BECAUSE THE ACADEMY IS FREE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

11. Ending your use

You can stop using the academy at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing brandon@adayinteractive.com. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue after your access ends will continue.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and not as a class action.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will update the effective date and email registered users at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the academy after that means you accept the new terms.
